HELP HELP HELP!!!

I have been through it all tryn to get this game burned correctly on a dvd dl (dual layer) disc and play it on my modded xbox 360. I have a hp laptop running vista windows prog. I need someone to shed some light on my journey and explain stept by step what i need and what the output sould be (format wise) so I can play this on the xbox. Help I am down to my last cd.
