How big is the chance of getting caught playing on Live?
What precautions can you take?
Stealthing the games?
Setting the drive speed to 12x?

the chances of getting caught, vary
when they arnt looking 0-1% will be banned
when they are 70-80% will be banned (rough guess)
play only fully stealthed games,
set drive to 12x, the standard speed,
dont change voltages,
of course if you dont want to have to buy a new console just so you can play on live, then dont do it!
Almost everyone gets caught at some point in time.
