Hi guys know how hard you all work on our problems, but can anyone help me on this. Get all the channels but when im watching the channel keeps freezing and a message comes up saying poor or weak signal then updating code this has only happened since installing new firmware when all boxes went down. could it be the box or something im not doing right? any help would be very much welcomed

Try reflashing.. it could have been a corrupt file you dowmnloaded.. try this one its the latest:

thanks des b got more channels which is great but still having same problem watch for a while then picture just goes into blocks with message no signal ta for trying .

Try the signal booster in TV settings.

Menu, Config, TV settings, turn it to on the save and exit (blue button).

Power box OFF/ON ad try the channels again.

ta for that hi tec good win today any help with this one how do i turn the voice off telling me what is happening on certain channels lol cannot find any button on the remote to do it

Try pressing the Audio/Lang button (RED) and then choosing another Audio stream with the arrow key and then pressing OK.
