i installed a new laser for my hitachi drive and now im getting the ope tray message. i tried the the dvd case fix for the lil white switch inside the dvd drive but no luck. i wasnt getting the message before i swapped the laser but nopw i get it even when i put the old one back in. any suggestion cuz im about to give up and buy a new xbox.
