Hi Guys,
Im having a proplem with my Wii. I installed a D2Pro at the weekend. Downloaded a few iso`s from the web.
I downloaded ,Mario Kart, WSC 2008, Hasbro Famaly Night In, and Dora and Snow princess.
All the games played first time round. The last game played was Dora. Then I played Wii sports org and it works. Then I put back in Mario Kart.
It comes up in the channel screen. Loads. But before games start I get the following message.
" The Game Disc could not be read, Please read the Wii Operations Manual for more information."
Then I tried all the other games I downloaded. The same thing happens. They all load in the channel guide, Load up start up screen then the above message appears for all the games except for Dora. That game still plays along withall my orginal games. I can still get in to the menu screens(3 pages) and Im running version 3.4e.
Any ideas on how to sort this out and be able to play the other games aswell.
The games did work until Dora was played. I have a the following no on my wii) LEH Model Number RVL-oo1(Euro)
This is the info that came with the Dora download.
Nombre Dora The Explorer: Dora Saves The Snow Princess Región PAL Lenguajes ENG / ?

Hi Mattjjjoj,
Thanks for your reply. I think I may have found my problem. I had paper labels on my dvds. I checked this forum and it was recommended not to have them on it. I have reburned all the dvds and so far so good except for 1 game. The snooker. I will reburn this again incase it was a bad copy.
Should I still install the utility disk 1.7. I recieved the chip last week and I just installed the chip. I never installed any Utility disk. whats the purpose of the disk.?
Once again thanks for taking the time to reply.

3.1 FW has nothing to do with games not working on systems with mod chips. If games are Trucha signed you need FW 3.2 or earlier or load via GeckoOs. Use good quality discs, Verbatim -R are recommended often here, burn slow, 4x, and of course, no labels, get a Sharpie. ---Chikn
