SPDIF sound problem with passive HDMI GeForce 7600GS and Windows 7

I wonder if anyone can help, please. I installed Windows 7 Beta build 7000 today. Great picture but now I lost my sound which worked just fine in XP under the same connection configuration. I have a PC with Creative SoundBlaster Live! sound card which has digital out port. It is connected to my SPDIF Audio in port on my GeForce 7600GS (model PVT73PUMH4) video card with passive HDMI out and HDMI connected to Sharp LCD TV. Windows 7 did installed drivers manually for SoundBlaster, but the only output displayed is "Speakers". BTW analog audio works. Under Speakers Device properties there is a "custom" tab with checkbox option for "digital output only", but selecting it does not make any difference. Also I noticed that under Device Manager there is one PCI Input device which has no driver loaded and I have strong suspicion that it is for SPDIF audio Input port on my video card. But neither NVIDIA or XFX has drivers for it. Does anyone had similar issues maybe on Vista or Windows 7? I can't really test by itself SPDIF out from audio card, so hard to pinpoint which lack of driver causing the problem, Creative (if in fact separate driver needed for SPDIF) or XFX?
