I am scared as hell because if I don't fix my BRICKED wii before he finds out he is going to kill me!!! I have a palwii and i was on 3.4e then i downgraded to 3.2j and everything was fine then I downgraded to 3.0j everything was fine on the installer but then I exited, turned it off then turned it back on with the jap warning screen pressed a then nothing tried it again same thing!!!!!!!!!

If so, some modchips allow you to boot a disc directly by some method or another. If you can do that, you can install an update from a disc and fix your system menu.
If not, do you have StarFall installed?
That allows you to start a disc while skipping the system menu.
If neither of those is available, you can always buy a SaveMii, which does basically the same thing as above, but works by putting a special piece of hardware into the gamecube slot.

Don't change your firmware to an out of region version.
