Try AviMux_Gui: http://www.alexander-noe.com/video/amg/ (vl binary 17.8). Add or drag the first file to the top window then drag any other's as well. Highlight both by selecting the first while holding and moving your mouse cursor over any other then select generate data. In the lower window, highlight audio and select start naming and placing your new file as you wish and you'll have a joined file in a minute or two. BTW, same procedure for constant sync issue's (only) even though nothing show's before you burn. If other than 0 appears to the right in the lower window, just make a new file to use. Take's about 30 second's but apparently doesn't work in DIVX player's.
