Samba de amigo problem

Hi, i have downloaded the samba de amigo game. Before burning it i ran the wii brick blocker to remove any updates. I inserted the game into the wii and it comes up in the game channel when i launch it it just goes to a blank screen.

This also happend when i downloaded NFS undercover but i sorted that problem by downloading the homebrew channel and installing some wad files.

Is there a fix for the problem on samba de amigo yet?

My wii has the wiikey modchip and is on 3.2e firmware and i do have the homebrew channel installed.

What version of the game are you trying to play? Its a fairly common error for out-of-region games to only show a black screen. And if its not out-of-region then you shouldnt bother brickblocking.

The game is a PAL verion so is the wii. But if i update wont that dissable the homebrew channel?

Many games require a minimum firmware level to run. Brickblocking them to run on a lower firmware makes them not work. So long as the game is from your wii's home region the update can do no permanent damage and its safe to let it run.

Depending on what firmware in included on the game it may block the installation of wad files and the downgrader. But you can re-enable them by installing IOS16 after you update. No firmware to date though, has effected the function of the homebrew channel.
