Hello,
I have ripped a dvd on my pc with DVD Shrink 3.2 and I want to copy the dvd files (AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS) to my usb stick und play them on my dvd player.

My dvd player can play such files:

MPEG4 / DivX / DVD / SVCD / VCD / CD / MP3 / PHOTO CD

But it doesn't work! Please help me.

I doubt if it's even supported. Check the user manual.

Probably works if you put an avi file on there.
