I've acidentally installed a original firmware from 3.90m33-3. How can i change it to 5.00m33-4??

I had the latest official firmware on my Slim and I put on 3.7 using this (The download has files for Phat AND Slim:

Then just upgrade to the latest M33 using this guide:
