eurovox flashing failed

Hi I have a eurovox max v 2008 and it got cut off a few weeks ago so I went and flashed it and when the flash is nearly finished the box changes to ERR and the flash fails Ive tryed loads of times now and still the same result.Ive tryed to reset the box with the button inside and still the same.I was reading somwhere about a JTAG would that work for my problem or is there anything else I can do? Any help is greatfully appriciated Thanks very much
