anybody out there help me ? i have a star/v 1 but lost all prog.how do i d/load the gt rom and how do i fix it. please help, thanx

First of all you need to download the Software LOADER, and then the FIRMWARE bin file >>>

Loader GTRom 4.00

Firmware Contains2 BIN file Core257.bin for the Clone, Core400.bin for the Genuine >>

(You will need to download and install Winrar to unzip the BIN files.)

(If you are in any doubt as to whether you have a clone or genuine box, the 257 bin file is safe to use on a genuine, but a quick visual inspection on outer casing is 7x25 vents on top (Genuine), 7x18 (Most likely a clone)

Not a problem, just take your time and study what is needed okay, and when you are ready then you can ask for more guidance. To see what you need with regards to the connectivity of PC and Box check out the link marked Eurovox at the bottom it is the same connectivity, just a different box.
