Hello. I have windows vista, and therefore I installed the VISTA Codec Pack from softpedia. I have a MKV formatted movie and subtitles file SRT. The windows media player plays movies with subtitles (2 files- one of movie and one of subtitles) without any problem when it's AVI formatted, but I have a problem when I'm trying to play the MKV movie. I have the latest version of the codec pack, and I tried to change somethings in the options of some codecs but nothing helps. Do someone know how can I play a MKV movie with subtitle in windows media player, directly without any process of paste the subtitles?
