Edit I solved my problem after a second day of struggling^^ nobody had time tell me how do do :D To those who have this similliar problem don´t be as lazy as me, my problem was that i was running on a vista laptop and it worked when i made it on friends comp. (it was XP) Sorry for posting really i should have tried this first. Problem solved!
My very annoying issue is that no matter what i do i can get it working. I do press L when i put in the battery, i did wait for a minute before putting in battery for the temporary memory to be removed. I made sure it wasen´t in sleep mode but completely off. And the battery level was higher than 78%.

As you´ve most likely guessed i´m pretty new to this and i would like an explenation as easy to understand as possible^^

Oh yeah the lamp is green when i put in the battery in tool or pandera mode. These are all the steps i can think of now that i´ve done my desktop is full of files that i don´t know what to do with anymore. Maybe i should add that lately even though i format the memory card there sometimes comes up errors when doing the MMS installers. It´s got something to do with format and IPL i don´t know what the latter means but thats what starts pandora right? i didn´t have the issue before so if it should have worked in the biggining. Thats as detailed as i can go^^ i´m sorry if i was rambling a bit. I don´t have a friend with a psp so i can´t ask for help.

Any help would be most appriciated.
