hi, wondered if anyone could help plz. A friend of mine recently flashed my box for me (The Box)as i'm useless at doing things like that but since i got it back i'm missing quite a few channels which were working fine uptil doing it .. E4,ITV2,LIVING,BBC3 and a few others i previously had. I tried an automatic scan on NTL but it still isn't picking them up. I would appreciate any help, thanks.

Where abouts are you, if you can find what frequency the channels are on you can manually scan these frequencies and see if it brings them back. I'm presuming you are in the UK as we don't get ITV2 on our boxes in ireland.

I,m in Ireland so my frequencies would be of no use to you, you'd need someone form your part of the world to give you frequencies. Also when your scanning for channels are you scanning without any splitters as sometimes this weakens signal and you may not pick up all transponders or channels.

No problem Anto :)
Yes I know Batley I have worked there a few times.
BBC3 is on 627.000
ITV 2 and E4 is on 435.000
Living is on 563.000
These Freqs are all according to a CDF I have from Leeds N*L. Give them a try, nothing to loose.

Have you checked through all your channels sometimes they are name incorrectly or try a cable booster, also have you tried a factory reset and a automatic scan.

Goodnight Hiteck I'll leave the middle of the night shift to you LOL:)
Jo1973 hope you get sorted, if you read through the page hiteck linked you might find some anwsers. if you want to do a factory reset press menu, factory reset, pin 0000, menu 1570, set default key, turn emu on, exiit, then do automatic scan on your provider. Hope it helps ;)
