I need help with Swap Magic 3.6 PLZ

I have the SCPH-39001 PS2 and when I install the Swap Magic disk the splash screen comes up but then everything stops, never continue on to the load screen. Any help please.

Is your laser in good condition. Does your PS2 load your Original DVD games fine?

Your laser may need cleaning, or you have a faulty Swap Magic Disk
and you would have to send it back for an exchange.

Did you try both Swap Magic disks?

All the original PS2 games load just fine, I tried the DVD and CD swap Magic disk and they both freeze at the same place right at the splash screen.

I would contact your retailer then and send them back for exchange.
