Upgradeing CFW- is it really worth it?

So I have a PSP slim which I have CFW 4.01 M33-2 on and am wondering is it really worth upgradeing to the 5.00 M33-4 (or whatever the latest is)or not? Mine does really what i want it to do - plays movies, plays PSX games, PSP games and the such. Is there any real changes that have made this a worthy move? Any opinions are welcome and thank you ahead of time.

well you get the psn store, which can either be a big plus or a waste of space :P. besides from that theres not really that much that your missing out on.
