Yes. Its completely undetectable.

In fact, the wii online service doesn't even HAVE a banning protocol. So even if they did somehow figure out that you were using a backup they cant ban you.

Those are just disconnects. I play online all the time with mario kart. It's awesome.

I always got kicked out. They say i'm disconnected from the server if it is starting. but why can't I download the mario kart channel?
