Abgx360 trouble changing the .ini files

Hiya people, hoping someone can help me out with changing the .ini files on Abgx360 so it checks the new database. Ive tried to do it and it says I cant replace the .ini files and that they already exist but they are the old ones!

1. Right-click the old .ini file.
2. Delete.
3. Drag and drop the new .ini file in.

Easy stuff.
