MOTORAZR2V9 problem: can't open my pictures folder through the USB software.

Hi, I have a Motorola RAZR 2 V9, and I have installed and updated the software provided by CD. This program allows me to access the mobile phone through USB and open several folders - graphics, videos, etc, and copy their files to the PC. All work fine, and I can open or copy the videos, but the pictures folder (which includes the photos I've taken) won't open, displaying an error message each time I click on it:

Error on line 5, position 51

A string literal was expected, but no opening quote character was found.


Any ideas on how I could view the pictures and copy them to the PC? Thanks. (Operating system WINXP).
