I don't know much about WMM - I know it won't open the .VOB files found in the VIDEO_TS folder.
You can convert the .VOB files that comprise the movie into a large .mpg file that WMM will open - see the link below for VOB2MPG.

The only thing that dvd shrink3.2 shows me is video_TS. Where's the VOB?

The VIDEO_TS folder contains all the files required to playback the DVD movie.
You should be able to open the folder using Explorer.

Should I put each VBO in one at a time? (OBAMA!)

All the VOB files that relate to a particular movie are contained in the VIDEO_TS folder.
Each title in a movie has it's own particular group of VOB files.
Usually VTS_01_XX.VOB is the main title.
A folder may contain another title (VTS_02_XX.VOB etc)which may be a trailer or such.
VOB2MPG will make a separate mpg file for each title (made up from the VOB files that comprise the title) - the largest one is your main movie.
Run VOB2MPG.
Point it to the folder.
The output folder must be on the same drive as the input folder source.
(If the source is on C drive, the output folder must also be on C drive.)

Can you post a list of the files in the folder that VOB2MPG is processing - similar to the image in my second post.

I can't copy and paste it(Lol if that's not how you do it). What I'm doing is. I'm putting the file up in the top bar, and creating a new folder in the bottom bar. Both folder are on the C drive. For the first time it saved all the way, but it still loads only as music. The video only shows on a bigger screen called activemoviewindow.

This what my Windows Movie Maker looks like.
I start by importing the mpg file then dragging to the storyboard - I've never used it for editing, only to create a smaller file..

I ran into another problem, but I figured out how to solve it on my own. When I import the file the way you taught me how to (thanks alot), wmm freezes up when I try to edit the movie, a trick that works is to go to 'make titles or credits' make a title, put it in front of the clip and save it to your computer because it won't save or allow you to edit any other way. I saved it to the computer and it made more than 120 clips and now I have no problem editing. Thanks, I just wanted to add information if I could. Thank you!
