Hi all, hope someone can help with current problem i'm experiencing with the starview box 4. I've had the box about 2 months now and not one problem but then yesterday i lost all but about 4 the channels out of 140 channels. To rule out signal problems i tried the box in my flatmates room (he has a starview 2 box which does work) and it didnt work there either..

In an attempt to fix the problem i've done the following to no avail:

- I reflashed the box with the following firmeare
- TheboxSuperUSB_V1.05
- TheboxSuperUSB_V1.05 (beta)
- TheboxSuperUSB_V1.07
and none have fixed the problem...

I've done a factory reset, rescanned the channels, changed the key data code for each firmware flash...i mean i've tried EVERYTHING that i can think of and i'm now at the end of my tether!!!!

Hope someone can advise on how to fix this!!!!
Thanks in advance!

leave v1.07 f/w on it
do a factory reset and a auto scan on your provider
menu 1570, set default key and keycode on
exit back to a $ channel and leave to auto update
if your flatmates is working ok check the current keys on his and manual input or try your box direct off vm feed
