Ive just installed 3.71 m33 and it all works fine
but i can no longer play umd games as it needs to be upgraded to 5 or something.
The games wont work and it wont install 5 and it says cant read disc

use this http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/616311 to upgrade your frimware to 4.01m33 and then upgrade to 5.00m33 from there

Whoaaa, bad choice. I hated 5.00 m33-4.

Okay, what you should of done is on the menu... click select.

UMD ISO mode should be normal for UMDs and Sony NP9660 for ISO/CSO.

I would go back to 3.71, thats the best.

Sony NP9660 works for umds and he needs to upgrade his firmware to play the umd coz it says he has to upgrade to 5
