I installed while having 3.4u, and it was giving me this problem, now I downgraded to 3.2u and it still is doing the same thing. Every time I installed something I did have a GameCube memory card in. I am using a 2g SD card.
And this doesn't happen everytime I try to use the emulator, only sometimes. Any help? Should I just re-install everything now that I have 3.2 and take the GC card out?

stop posting several threads with the same issue if you want to stick around here. You need to be on 3.4U. No idea why you downgraded or who told you to do that. Don't use the gamecube memory, just use the SD card and get homebrew installed. This is in the sticky.
Sorry, I thought these were different issues, but after re-looking they're both similar.
Anyway, if you say I NEED to be on 3.4u to get the emulators to work, than do I just update through Nintendo or do I have to update through the Homebrew channel?
