Hi guy's, I don't know if you can help me out here as I've tried a lot of things and the backup's still aint playing.
Basically just before xmas I bought my son and xbox360, it has the LG drive and I got some guy to flash it for me.
I then went to the local shop and as funds were low I didn't buy Verbatim at the time, instead I bought BenQ discs.
So I put the xbox up for xmas, when we first played the backups they played fine, then they would only play sometimes so I'm thinking I'd better get myself some Verbatims.
A few days ago I purchased 10 Verbatims that cost something like ?40 and I thought great :) but when I burned my back ups and tried to play them I get 'unplayable disc'.
So basically at the minute backup's won't play at all no matter what disc I use, either Verbatim or BenQ. Every time I put a disc in the drive I get the 'unplayable disc'.
Backups of my movies and music cd's work no problem but backup games just cant' seem to get going.
Not that it should matter but I'm burning with a Pioneer 112d drive.
I'm also using the latest Imgburn to burn the files.
It's strage that the backups were playing for awhile but just not anymore.
I've been backing up my Ps2 and wii games now for a few years but as you can prob tell I'm new the xbox 360 backups.
At the minute I'm giving it a shot burning the Verbatims in my Laptop with samsung drive but I guess it will be the same result.
Yes I'm loading the dvd file rather than the .iso.
And no I havn't verified any of the 360 backups that I have made, should this be done everytime ? I know this is totally different to the ps2 and wii, but seen as I never verified any of them I didn't on the 360 games either.
To be honest I don't even know what ABGX 360 GUI using autofix level 3 is but I'll do some googling on it now and check it out. Man am I running out of discs' fast lol
homesick, on the Verbatim container is say's Made In Singapore and I always burn my games at 2.4 x
So what you guy's think, could the verification be an issue ?
I know we can't speak much of it here in the forums but I download my games and I noticed in Imgburn that the labe is always NTSC even though it's a PAL game, is this right ?
It seems that my game is good to go as below is the log from ABG.
Could the drive in the Xbox 360 be faulty ? Or is it possible it could have been a bad flash ?
I'm just clutching at straws here, what ya's think ?

Hi. I had the same problem.I started using DVD DECRYTER and ABGX360.You should watch you-tube to see how to use them.Any dvd-lr discs will do.Use speed 4x to burn and don't burn if abgx360 does say successful.I'm new to this as well. i hope help you.
Sounds a little like you need to adjust the pot setting on the dvd lens. Maybe those BENQ discs burnt out the laser enough to not pick up backups of DL discs.
Seems to me you burns are good to go. Must be a laser issue.
