Which is the best way to increase levels in AC3 files, preserving the 5.1 and the relative levels between each channel?

I know it might be asking too much, but is there any program that may open an AC3 file and show the 6 audio channels?

'Soopafresh' has a utility that can and add gain.

Tranzcode can demux an AC3 stream to individual wav files.

Move the AC3 file to the same folder as Tranzcode, rename the the file 'input.ac3' then run the .bat file.

You can drag the wav files into 'Audacity' to examine them.

They say the Soopafresh is not lossless. Maybe Transcode is better there?

When you execute Transcode it gathers all the files back?
