i have found several guides telling me that i need GTA for downgrading my question is...... can i downgrade my psp to 1.50 any other way???? or can i create a pandora and MMS any other way?

Upgrade to 2.80 and then use the easy downgrader.
No need for a game, nor Pandora,...

If you're on 1.50 OFW, you can go to 5.00M33-4 (=latest) CFW without a Pandora, just use Hellcat's Recovery Flasher v1.50.
