In the past if I had an issue ripping with just RipIt4Me, then I would simply enable AnyDVD in the background and then run the program as usual. This always seemed to work fine, unless of course it was something AnyDVD could not handle either. Then of course I could always turn to my favorite DVDFab Platinum, and carry on as normal ;P
Anyway, perhaps you or Endo, could let me know why this may not be as proper as substituting Elby CDIO for SPTI in decrypter.

Ferg, i found a thread once (can't remember where) that allowed anydvd to work with ripit4me. It stated that you needed to reset dvd decrypter to the aforementioned settings. No where were the reasons given why, but I suspect that anydvd and clone dvd/cd are family and share ElbyCDIO interface code. This maybe the reason. Anyway with the modifications, anydvd and ripit4me 1710 work flawlessly together. When I do get the ocassional eroor message of Error, unable for anydvd to patch on the fly , means my duo core is too slow. I just revert to using the anydvd ripper alone with the devices set to slow and quiet. Works a charm !
