Computer crashed now drivers to VideoImpression won't work

Hello,
Whenever I open my VideoImpression 1.6 (ArcSoft Product) to capture a new video, an error box pops up and says "Can't Find vfw driver". Nor does my computer recognize the camcorder when I try to use it in Messenger.
This has happened since my computer apparently crashed and I did a system restore.

What should I do? Thank you~Dee

Uninstall and reinstall the Arcsoft software.
