hello to all.. i am having problems burning a couple of games s-unleashed and ironman all other games work fine i am using the right media and so on but i am using xbc to burn them. the discs just dont do anything and the xbox just says open tray does any1 know the problem. the disc work fine in my mates xboxs but not mine ;(

Little more info please? is your 360 even flashed? You did not mention if other games that work fine are backups or not?. (i am using the right media) What media are you using?
i am using verbs and yer it is flashed ive burnt like 30 or so by now but these wont work :( but works in my mates,,, burning at 2.4x they are pal multi so i dunno wots goin on ive had this box flashed for bout 2 years or so,, i just burnt devil may cry 4 it woked the first time but not working now i dunno wots goin on,, i put in an older 1 and it works straight away
1st off, make sure that all the settings are correct in xboxbackup creator. i've seen it switch from complete backup to current parition several times for no apparent reason. you would be suprised how many times you might miss something simple. also, look at the bottom of the disc and make sure it isnt scratched up, or covered in finger prints or anything. if that doesnt help, try using imgburn to burn the img after its saved, instead of using xbox backup creator to burn it. ive had problems with xbc in the past, and have been using imgburn flawlessly for a long time now. If that doesnt help, and the backups are working on other xbox 360's, you may want to look into recalibrating your laser. there are many tutorials on this, and i have had to do it once or twice after a few started getting dirty disc errors or just not reading discs at all. it has always helped, but be careful. adjust it ever so slightly, going to far can ruin the drive and the discs you put in it. let us know what happens.
kool ok ill let u know ill try with imgburn. i did use img in the past but i got errros on sum games thats why i switched to xbc. maybe sum games are temperamental with cirtain burning progs i dunno ill give it a try
