DAV-DZ570K speakers question

i have a sony dav-dz570k home theater system together with a KLV-40S400A S series bravia tv. i connected these two with a monster cable HDMI 2.23gbps. my question is this:

How can you play all the speakers? my speaker position setting is all front because that's where i've put them. i even did the mic. calibration test and all the speakers are fine. but when i've played a dvd, i noticed that the two front speakers and the subwoofer are the only ones making a sound. ive tried different settings for the audio but basically what happens is some speakers will play and some will not. is there a way to fix this? hope you guys can help
