Here is my scenario:

I have 10 different AVI files that I would like to put on DVD (most likely multiple dvds)

I have most of the software, I believe, that is needed to do the job, just not sure how to get it done.

I converted the 10 files using Avi2dvd and then ImgBurn in build mode to make one ISO, that I thought I was going to use DVDShrink to split up...but since they will not allow me to reuse the video and audio files because of the same name I just put a number on the end Video_TS_1 etc.

Now I have a huge ISO that I think all of the files are in there...but when I go to view it...there is only 1 title, and 5 chapters. This is my worry about the different file names. It must have caused an issue.

DVDShrink, Nero, DVD Decrypter, DVD2ONE, XCopy Plat, IFOEdit, Iomega DVD Writer

Do you have ten VIDEO_TS folders containing VOB files from the original conversions?

Run DVD Shrink, click 'Re-author'.
On the right hand pane, browse to the first folder, open it and drag 'Title 1' from right to left.
Browse to subsequent folders and repeat.
Click 'Backup'.

I've never used AVI2DVD, myself, but it sounds like you may have ticked an option, somewhere, that combines all clips to one title.

Still, with a little extra effort, you should be able to split them up with DVDshrink.

Load the DVD image, then click Reauthor. Drag Title 1 to the left box then click the blue double arrows button, above the left box.

In the new dialog, you have a preview pane and some buttons for both the start and end points. There are also drop-down menus to go directly to chapter breaks. If the clips were combined, then the chapter breaks are, most likely, where you'd want to separate them. Otherwise, you can search for the start and end points, yourself, using the buttons - single arrow for a 1 second step, double arrows for 5 seconds.

When you have what you want, click OK, to go back to DVDshrink, then click Backup.

Prepare yourself, ahead of time, by having empty folders ready, with the proper names you want to use for each clip, and save each clip, from DVDshrink, into the proper folder.

Also, renaming the files in a DVD image is not a good idea.
