Has anyone here upgraded to any of the new Intel Core I7 processor and if so, what gains in encoding, etc have you noticed since the upgrade. Let us know. Thanks.

Same here. Thinking about building a new system with the I7 965 extreme. I do Graphic Design as well. Have heard it's the fastest on the planet so far.
