ok i have a exploit free mcboot on my mc its works fine with a ntsc ps2 but not wit pal ps2 y?

Because you can't Cross-region Install fmcb. It is just not possible.

How did you install fmcb, could you not just do the same for your PAL PS2.

Otherwise you need to find someone with a PAL in your region to do a Multi-Install fmcb for you, then you could use it on your PAL PS2.

No problem, you can find someone on the Volunteer list that has the same PAL region as you.
