I downloaded a torrent and it Dled fine in RAR when i went to open it
in the Notes it is telling me to go to a website to get the RAR security code to unlock the RAR ?

Yep allowed.

I would not trust that at all - it's a bs way of either getting you to enter in personal info or install malware on your pc. Beware.

Re download it from somewhere else.

I moved it to a removable flash card, i will delete, thanks, i was just hoping of keeping it because i cant find it anywhere (the movie)

That sucks it's the only one you can find but seriously I would stay away from the website they are trying to direct you to.
Check the tracker again and see of there are any comments though I don't know if I would trust them if they say it's real but might confirm it's bs.

Nice to hear from you again

Its a real site they just you to pay for the torrents, its a crappy thing they do tho letting you download the torrnent then to find its not free, they a paid site so there is fee to download $39.00

I guess you take your chances in cyberspace, live and learn

It may not be a solution for this problem but it is useful tip.
There is a trick to finding rare torrents. If you can find the hash mark for a torrent you want but there are no seeds you can google it. Most clients allow you to add tracker info from new seeds if the hash mark is the same. Add all the trackers you can find even if there are only leaches left. You can recover a dead job this way. Often by pooling several dead trackers there is a complete set of data between them. Not only will you get yours but all the trackers will have new seeds. This is great for revitalizing a 90+% job that died on you. You can usually find that other 10% on a different tracker.
