Simple screen share with VoIP

I've been searching for a solution for hours. I can't find the best answer.

I need people to view my screen and hear my voice (VoIP) without downloading and installing software. It can be one way voice and a text chat box would be great.

I need a browser based screen share software that allows people to view my screen without downloading software. I generate a session code, and the other users enter it into their browser. Mikogo works great.

But, I need VoIP too. I have to use free software. Many screen share programs have VoIP in it, but I cannot find any free ones that do this.

I would even be okay with using Mikogo for video and a separate VoIP program that works like Mikogo (users hear me through their browser).

Any ideas?
