i bought my wii in the uk.

can i buy the wii fit board in the usa, and use it with the pal console system using a pal disc?

my wii is not modded, not chipped and not softmod. by reading through the forums - it scares me to do so as i do want to use the wiiware chans and shop chans in the future.

my wii is now on version 3.4 something - i think E? not sure..
upgraded last week.

the break thing is scaring me..
i am trying to learn - but all of this - wiikey, ios, starfall, clipped - its all chinese to me.
i have 2 games i want to purchase from the wii store - but i also understood i can use wad games and they are completely legal?

sorry if its all sound a mess - im really confused here..

I think the boards themselves are all the same, the only difference is in the disc they ship with. So if you have a PAL disc to match your PAL console you should be fine. And if your Wii is not modded in any way you wouldn't even be able to play an out of region game right? So I would say you're able to do this...
