Dbox not picking up channels

Hiya. I have a nokia dbox 2 which is not picking up any channels. When I plug my standard Virgin Media box in it gets channels fine so I know that im getting a signal, but when I plug the dbox in and do a quick or a full scan it picks up nothing. Was working fine until about a fortnight ago.
