Need Tips To Stay Safe on Xbox Live!

I have a modded xbox and want some tips to keep me safe and not get banned on xbox live. First of all, I only use my backup burned games off-line on a separate off-line account. When I go on xbox live, I switch accounts and use only the original disk. I make sure all my backups are stealth patched and I am running the latest ixtreme 1.5. Does this profile switch make it safer or am I just wasting my time? Also, is there any way to clear my xbox so Microsoft doesn't know what games I have played and if there are burned or not, or is this permanently embeded in my system when I play a game? Thanks, and if there are any more tips on staying safe, please advise! (and don't say, buy another xbox, cause that is out of the question)

Please read the threads on here as there are about 1000 threads like this. If you want to stay safe on Xbox Live, don't mod your 360, simple as that. They will ban you, me, and everyone, just a matter of time. It's worth the risk to me.
