Hello everyone. I am looking for a software that will clean my PC. Evidences and improve its performance?

Are you looking to save any data on the drive or not. Cause if not and plan on doing a fresh install of windows you could always get the utility tools from the hdd manufacture and zero the drive. It takes time but I think it makes most data unrecoverable. Then just resetup the drive and reinstall.
