hi

Just wondering if anyone could help.. I have a jvc dvd recorder, model DR-M7S and when i switch it on the word 'loading' is on the display,, all buttons, both on player and remote. are inactive,, The player stays in this state for 4hrs +, The last time was 12hrs,,,
The player then reverts back to standby mode with the clock on the display,,,, Even if i switch it off at the mains, leave it for a period, reconnect,, same thing happens

Has anyone any ideas as to what this problem is & how to correct it ????

The player is about 4yrs old
