new software do not seem to be working no more hit my defult key and turned on to s-y2 and stays on 0%wont update or if it dose it gos so far and go,s back to 0%again it the lates software that on it so any one can help much apprecate

When you say latest can you tell us the revision number please and that it was flashed correctly and key emu was/is enabled?
