Hello, I'm interested in getting and modding a new xbox but am not sure which method is right for me. I was thinking about just getting a premodded system from modchipcentral (lite on drive modded with iXtreme 1.5) but would like some input from you guys first.

One of the main things I will use the 360 for is the Netflix movie streaming. I will need an xbox live gold account to do this, which brings me to my next question. Will I be banned from xbox live for having a modded system? Even if I'm not playing games (which would be nice also if possible) and just watching netflix movies?

if all you want to do is watch netflix videos then why get a modded xbox...

yes you run the risk of being banned if you mod the xbox / play backup games...

the only way to have 0.0% risk is to buy a brand new one retail and never mod/hack it at all.
