I only have one dvd reader and burnner.... i downloaded dvd shrink and tried using it. when ever i go to backup the dvd onto my C or D drive i always get one of the two diff errors... the most common one is "This program has caused an error in KERNELL32.DLL and will now shut down" The secon one i get it is " ASPI not found" Can any one out there please help me...

Try installing an ASPI layer following this guide:
