Yep you sure can and save $100 on microsofts cheap wireless adaptor that broke on me. You open your network connection in windows plug your xbox to your computer with an ethernet and have your wirelss connected to your computer then go to network connections and you will see your wireless and another connection Drag the mouse over them So you have them both highlighted and right-click your router/wireless connection then click bridge connection. And there ya go. Free Wireless adaptor. The setup varies depending on what operating system you are running.

Ok
Got to START

Then Connect To

Then Show All Connections

If your connected to your wireless and on your computer and your Xbox is hooked up to the ethernet from your computer there will be 2 networks. Drag your mouse over them and have them both highlighted and the right click on your wireless one and click BRIDGE.

Thats it then go to xbox and test for connection it might take a couple tests . it works great though. Happy Gaming!!!

here is a different way to achieve the samething and internet should work with this method.

Undo the bridge settings u had set before u do this method.

Go to the network connections folder with the wifi and the local area network which is the ethernet port. right click the wifi only and go to properties, then go to the advanced tan. you should see internet connection sharing. check the box to enable it but no others and apply and close these windows.
now go back to network connections folder and right click the local area network/ethernet and go to properties and then scroll down to the TCP/IP setting and highlight and click properties. now on the next screen check the box that lets u input a specific Ip address. and use the address of 192.168.0.1 you may have to use 192.168.1.1 if that one does not work. now go to the subnet field and it should autopopulate with 255.255.255.0 which is correct, if it is different then set it manually. now all other fields should be blank and left blank, hit apply and close. now if the 360 is already turned on u should reboot it with it plugged to pc ethernet port. now u are done with pc configuration. in the 360 it should be set to get all network settings automatically. it will get an ip and u should be able to sign into live and use internet on ur laptop still. i have done this on desktops too.

on and bwt live works on as low as 5.5 mbps wifi :)

hurraay it wroks i can connect to xbox live, but i cannot get media center working from the other computer. maybe i have to bridge it, but the bridge will not connect at all to the router wirelessly. I think it has to do with how the networks are used in order, like the bridge always looks for the wire connection first. But thats just a guess. any idea how to get media center to work? the 360 will also not show up in my network.
