Hi, hope someone can help me this!

I have a digivox (silver version) with firmware version 4.2. I was missing some channels so decided to do a factory reset and re-scan all the channels again. This has not been a problem in the past.

However now when I scan, the search does not complete. The maximum it goes up to is 74%. It sometimes also does not scan the channel names, e.g all the the channels are prefixed TV (TV 1272) and the radio channels prefixed RADIO (RADIO 4553).

I have tried reflasing version 4.2 onto the box and have now tried version 4.3. However still have the same problem. I am not getting an issues unscrambling the channels that I am getting.

I noticed that when I was re-flashing the firmware normally the display on the box increments from 0000 to 0099. However it jumped from 75 to 96??? is this normal?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!
