iR Shell v4.9

This new iR Shell v4.9 caught up my attention. I have put it on my psp with 5.00 m33-4 and in general it looks quite useful with all the extra stuff what they have included.
So now back to the problems...
Is there somewhere where can i get manual for iR shell or if someone who is familiar with it can help me out.
What bothers me is error popping up when I turn on PSP
error: No disc inserted
and other thing is i dont know how can i locate my games and i have them in ISO folder.

any ideas?
