I need the necessary 4.01 dump files for my 5.00 popsloader but I cant get psar dumper to work... is there anywhere I can download these files?

It seems demonoid has the files I need but of course public registration is closed. This wouldn't be a problem if I could get psar dumper to work :'( could anyone direct me to the version of psar dumper I need to get that works on 5.00 and can decrypt 4.01? I'm getting the error message "error 0x80020148 loading/starting pspdecrypt.psx"
or maybe somebody could just put the files up on megaupload or something for me ;P I JUST WANT TO PLAY PERSONA 2 DAMNIT!!!
