Fido...?

I am a Fido customer, I purchased a new phone, a 5200, and so I have my 6020, still sitting here, in great shape.
I also had a new SIM card that came with the 5200, but used my old Sim card with it instead to keep all my info etc.
I was using the 6020 up until this summer when my new 5200 was mailed to me.
I activated the SIM card, it apparently works, but it will NOT work in my 6020.
I called Fido and they told me it must not be a Fido SIM card, but it sure as heck is, they mailed it to me and it says Fido all over it and it works if I put it into my other Fido phones, just not either of my 6020's (my husband had a 6020 as well, that he put aside when he also got a new phone)
Nokia says its Fidos problem, Fido says its Nokia's problem, and here I am with a 6020 that I want to use for when my son has late Lacrosse games and is travelling in the dark.
Each time I turn the phone on, it says 'Insert SIM Card' and when I do, it tells me it is restricted and has the 'Stop' sign... Fido tells me there is no unlocking code for it that they can give me.
Feeling frustrated.
